The bayonet & scabbard are well marked.

History:
After the German invasion & takeover of Czechoslovakia in 1938, the Czech Arms Industry was converted into producing weapons for the German military, to include Czech VZ 24 Mauser Rifles which this bayonets were fitted for. The bayonets were re-designated VZ24t, the "t" referring to the 1st letter in Czechoslovakia (German word - Tschechoslowakei). Further, the redesignated bayonets, under German occupation were produced without the muzzle ring.
