These Roundel "badges" were mementos to those soldiers who fought for the Imperial German Empire (1871 - 1919) during WW1. It was meant to be a keepsake and a commemoration of their service. There are 3 in the lot, one each for Artillery, the Luftwaffe (Air Force), and the Cavalry.

Description:
- Each badge contains a corresponding artwork scene of the outfit they belonged (Artillery, Luftwaffe, or Cavalry) with the phrase, "Zur Erinnerung an meine Dienstzeit", meaning "In memory of my service". The Artillery badge is without the "Zur" which simply rephrases the translation to, "Reminder of my service".
