This is an authentic, ca. 1970s solid brass state of South Dakota paperweight from the Fritz Brass company.

Description:
It's new old stock...that is, brand new, mostly original packaging. Its a solid brass piece shaped as the state of South Dakota & embossed with the "South Dakota" text. The underside is covered with a black felt with the company sticker,"Fritz Brass" and made in Korea. It's a very solid piece weighing nearly 1 pound.
Note: Fritz Brass is likely a Korean Company & likely produced these items during the mid-to-late 20th century when manufacturing in Korea was more common.
