This is an authentic (& rare) historical post-WWII souvenir photograph portfolio containing a complete set of 20 color photo cards titled "Kehlstein-Haus und Obersalzberg vor 1945" (Eagle's Nest and Obersalzberg before 1945), featuring multilingual captions. The cards depict historical, pre-1945 views of Kehlsteinhaus (The Eagle's Nest) and the surrounding Obersalzberg complex, which served as a prominent mountain retreat during the Third Reich. Although it highlights views from before 1945, these specific multi-language color souvenir sets were actually published in Germany during the post-WWII era, specifically after 1952.

Each card is numbered & captioned on the back in three languages (German, English, & French).

This vintage 1950s photographic souvenir pack from Berchtesgaden, Bavaria, Germany, holds 20 glossy color cards (approx. 4.5" x 3") depicting the historical mountain retreat. The Kehlsteinhaus (Eagle's Nest) sits atop a rocky ridge above Obersalzberg near Berchtesgaden in southeastern Germany.
