This is an authentic German Orangina advertising sign. It's a modern tin reproduction of the original advertising poster designed by the French graphic artist Bernard Villemot (1911-1989).
The signs design (orange peel swirl) was a clever artistic solution to a French advertising regulation that prohibited depicting fruit on drinks with less than 20% juice content.
Text Translation:
"Erst Schütteln, Dann Geschmack" - (First shake, then taste).
** referring to the need to mix the fruit pulp in the drink before drinking **
