This medal was established in 1975 under the (former) Republic of Yugoslavia (1945-1992). A communist/Socialist state governed by the League of Communists of Yugoslavia

This medal was conferred in recognition of the 30th anniversary of victory over Germany.

The reverse features an inscription in Yugoslavian which states "30 Years of Victory over Fascism 1945-1975"

The Medal is a rare find and little information is available about it.
