This is an authentic Wehrmacht (Armed Forces) cotton armband, introduced prior to WW2, & worn by German & non-German personnel serving the Wehrmacht in either a military or civilian capacity.
They were only meant to be worn during which the civilian was providing a specific purpose for the unit to which they provided it; it was not meant as a permanent insignia uniform item.
Description:
Made usually of white cotton or rayon w/black printed text. Overall good condition consistent w/its age.
Markings:
Marked w/the Eagle/Swastika stamp right above the "ch" in Wehrmacht.
