This is an authentic Nazi Germany circulated postal "Rückschein," (return receipt) from the Reichspatentamt (Reich Patent Office) dated 25 February 1942. It’s a historical postal document from the Third Reich era, used to confirm the delivery of a piece of mail; this one confirms delivery of an item to the patent office.
